Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and relax. With any spa service you may enjoy our fitness center, eucalyptus infused steam rooms, and our outdoor spa terrace. We provide you with a luxurious spa robe and slippers to wear while you are in our spa. You are welcome to wear whatever you are most comfortable with under your spa robe. Proper attire is required in the fitness center.
Please respect our guests and quiet areas. While you are relaxing us please turn off and refrain from using your cell phones.
All of our Spa Artisans are highly trained massage therapists and aestheticians. They will answer any question you may have and suggest the best products for your home care regimen.
We understand if you need to reschedule your spa service. If you are unable to make your scheduled service time please contact us at least 24 hour in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within the 24 hours will be charged 100% for the scheduled service. If you are running late and cannot let us know, out of courtesy, we will hold your appointment for the first 15 minutes. After the first 15 minutes your remaining service time may be forfeited.
We apply a 15% gratuity to your service. When we exceed your expectations, additional gratuity is at your discretion. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
